Former fast Australian bowler Mitchell Johnson has been spotted preparing to make a sensational comeback to the international arena.
The former West Australian quick is an absolute moooddddddd, it can be confirmed this afternoon.
This comes after retiring Australian opener David Warner managed to score a fairytale century in Perth to kick off his farewell tour of the nation.
Tonning up in magnificent style at home, on a road, in one of the hardest places for opposition teams to play, against weak international opposition, Warner celebrated in trademark style a short time ago in.
While many celebrated the ton, Mitchell Johnson was absolutely steaming after Warner managed to chalk up another milestone.
Johnson and Warner have recently traded blows, over what Johnson perceived was preferential treatment for the opener, who he says was being given a farewell tour that many greats of the past were not afforded.
As a result of Warner’s success, Johnson is now preparing for a cameo for the Pakistan cricket team.
Spotted warming up out the back of Perth Stadium, it’s believed Johnson is keen to take matters into his own hands – even if it means he has lower back and abductor pain for the next week and a half.
Johnson was unavailable for comment, simply grunting at our reporter before sending down another missile on the warm up pitch.
More to come.
