in some breaking news from our pebblecrete suburb of Betoota Heights, a local old boy has been told to take the day off.

This comes after Rodney Phillips (64) decided to voice his opinions about the Australian Men’s Netball team in a couple of family group chats.

Unsurprisingly, the man who’s brain has been rotted by various algorithms and mainstream media organisations that prefer to report on shit that doesn’t really affect anyone but is much easier than publishing actual journalism (which would probably conflict with the interests of a number of commercial partners and their own) – was not a fan of the team’s pre-game dance.

Playing in the Fast5 series in New Zealand, the team known as the Kelpies, busted a move pre-game, absolutely tearing up the hardboard to NSYNC’s classic hit Bye Bye Bye.

While the performance sent the crowd absolutely fucking wild, and many on the internet voice there approval of a few blokes with some coordination letting it rip, blokes like Rodney have voiced their disapproval at the routine.

“Fucking disgraceful mate,” said Rodney to our reporter.

“Bunch of blokes representing the country do that…”

“Mardi Gras was a few months a go.”

When asked why Rodney gave a shit given he has never watched a game of netball on TV and cares nothing for the sport, he sighed.

“Mate I just think there should be a certain level of respect for the Australian colours, and if you look at what is happening, that respect is dissipating.”

“If you wanna dance like that, you’ve got do it a manly, war context.”

“Not like that.”

“But I’ll probably get cancelled for saying that,” finished the man who actually can count on less than one hand the amount of people who actually give a fuck what he says.

More to come.
