Local woman Erica Chalmers, 31, has admitted to feeling an ‘uncontrollable and deeply confusing’ surge of hormones, after witnessing her boyfriend, Jake, casually reverse park using just one hand on the wheel.
Joining Jake for a quick trip Kmart to pick up some kitchen utensils, Erica admits she hadn’t expected to experience a case of the fanny flutters while doing something as simple as running errands.
“I don’t know, maybe I’m just ovulating but watching him reverse park into a tight Woolies carpark really did something to me”, admits Erica.
“He just effortlessly spun the steering wheel using one hand. It wouldn’t have been nearly as attractive if he’d used both, if that makes sense? Oh and he used his palm, which added this extra layer of sexiness.”
“And the way he draped his other arm behind my headrest almost had me kicking my heels.”
Erica says she’s not completely sure why it had such an effect on her, but her theory is that it all comes down to him showing a basic display of competence.
“I think maybe it’s the combination of confidence and precision, and the protective feeling that comes from him holding my headrest?”
