According to the Department Of Health, there have been 5,224 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Australia as of 6:30 am this morning.

Of the 5,224 confirmed cases in Australia, 23 have died from COVID-19. More than 270,000 tests have been conducted across Australia. There have been 248 new cases since 6:00am yesterday.

State Governments have now given police the greenlight to enforce social distancing measures by law, starting with vagrants and prostitutes – and hopefully moving onto yuppies in the park soon.

With a vast number of non-essential and essential employees and business owners now setting up home offices to continue working in self-isolate – many Australians are now getting a good look at how their family members carry themselves at work.

Despite the very real risk of office workers being heavily distracted by pornography and re-runs of The Office, there are just as many workers taking their jobs just as seriously from the living room.

Betoota Pond’s man Eamon O’Dowd (33) says he is actually blown away by how differently his wife operates with her work hat on.

Even with two kids under five bouncing around their house, his misso is thriving in her sales manager role for a local powder-coated steel manufacturer.

“She’s really good at her job,” he laughed today.

“Like, she’s really efficient and doesn’t seem to get distracted every 5 minutes by a shiny object or a Tik Tok scroll.”

“And she’s great at dealing with people without getting frustrated. Like she’s asked someone to get something done like 3 times without even sounding like nagging,” he explained.

“I’m feeling a bit self-conscious about it if I’m honest.”

“But geez, she’s really ripping with this work from home business!”
