In the tough landscape that is these uncertain times, many Australians have been forced to adapt to all manner of things – including local Real Estate Agents like Marty Panos.
The 25-year-old door opener from Betoota Heights explained to The Advocate today how he’s found a way to stay on top of his game.
The university drop out who pursued a career as a personal trainer and DJ for a short time, explained that he’s quickly found a way to deal with difficult circumstances that Covid-19 has created.
“You don’t get to the top of real estate game by resting on your laurels baby,” he explained.
“So I’ve been staying sharp.”
“I start off every morning with 100 door opening reps to keep the traps and tris firing,” Panos continued.
“Then, I do 15-20 forced fake smiles and practicing typing down random numbers really quickly.”
“After that, when I warmed up I head into the kitchen and lean against my benchtop and play on my phone for half an hour increments.”
“Obviously I look up every few minutes and nod and smile at imaginary prospective tenants.”
“I do a few other things, but generally that’s how I’m staying sharp.”
Panos explained that he’s strictly maintaining that regime and will be fit and firing when all this shit is done.
“You gotta be on top of your game in this game, and I’ll be ready to rip and tear and enjoy a couple of ice-cold Peroni’s at the REA awards.”
“Anyway, I gotta get back to it.”
