Pre-match preparations are underway for Melbourne Storm winger Josh Addo-Carr this afternoon, after coach Craig Bellamy gave the boys a couple hours before their showdown with the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium at 7.50pm.
Tonight’s match marks the first fixture in the 2021 Indigenous Round, as the NRL celebrates the rich contributions that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have made to both their game and Australia at large.
The Brisbane Broncos may come out with a bit of momentum tonight, after their 34-16 defeat of the once-Premiership-favourite Sydney Roosters last weekend.
Not even a month after he put six tries on the Rabbitohs, all eyes are on the Redfern Ringer Josh Addo-Carr in the next couple hours – with the number 5 expected to lift on his night of nights as a proud Wiradjuri footballer.
It’s for this reason that the Foxx has thrown on his Stetson hat and headed down to outskirts of Brisbane to get a bit of alone time before warm up begins.

Witnesses say that the Foxx is looking well and truly ready for tonight’s showdown in the River City, after spotting him with a barbecue stain on his white t-shirt while skipping rocks on the river by the railroad tracks.
