“Jesus fucking Christ, Theresa, I don’t know how to work this bloody thing!” these are the first words twenty-eight-year-old Kim Johnson heard when she called her dad, Steve.
However, today, even though Kim was 30 seconds into the phone call with Steve, neither of them had actually spoken to each other.
“Is she there? This stupid piece of shit!” Steve continued to verbally abuse the phone, or his wife, or anyone else.
“How’s a man supposed to talk to his daughter if he can’t even see the fucking thing?”
“Kim? Kim! Jeeeeesussss Theresa, I’m about to throw this bloody thing out the window!”
Kim explains to our reporter that this is pretty normal when it comes to calls with her dad, as he can never quite figure out which end is which.
“Mum only let him have his own iPhone last year because he whinged about not having one, now all he does complain about it”
“I think it’s hilarious, I can’t understand how he still doesn’t know how to use it”
“And that abusing the phone or yelling at mum won’t fix it”
It’s believed Kim and Steve eventually began their conversation after Theresa turned the phone up the right way for Steve.
