Australia has gone bang bang bang bang overnight, with a mid 1800s Victorian style gold rush.

The 4 gold medals in quick succession has lifted Australia to its greatest ever Olympic Gold Medal tally, with 18 big ones sitting pretty in our column – and it’s hoped that there are still plenty more to come.

This comes as it was confirmed that a young 21-year-old named Keegs, from the Gold Coast, is pretty fucking good at skateboarding.

That unsurprising news breaks after Keegan Palmer won gold in the Men’s Park Skateboarding comp.

The young fella from the Gold Coast, (who admittedly moved to San Diego when he was 14 to pursue his career), got the win with some burly tricks and a huge 93.1 run to seal the deal.

Fuelled by Monster energy drink, the massive run saw the Goofy-footed Keegs nail his second Olympic Gold Medal.

Keegs said that after he saw Arisa Trew’s run in the women’s event, ‘he had to back it up for his nation.’

“Elanora Skate park to the world baby,” he laughed to The Advocate.

“That was gnarly as fuck bro.”

It’s alleged that young Keegs is also pretty handy out in the surf when he doesn’t have the brain bucket on, but questions have been raised about his visible lack of sleeve tattoos.

“Haha yeah, I’ve gotta sort that out, or maybe like a mad chest piece of a lion.”

“But for now, just gonna be hella chilla and enjoy this gold aye.”

“Catcha.”

More to come.
