A local woo girl has this week found herself feeling genuinely perplexed by her boyfriend’s behavior.
Steph Gilmore [24] told The Advocate that she and her partner Greg were having lunch at the Shifty Hen, when he ordered a can of beer alongside his roast chicken plate.
Knowing that they were both visiting her mum afterwards and that it was highly unlikely to be a session, Steph was reportedly rattled by her boyfie’s decision to just sip on a Fosters Classic while he ate his food.
“I don’t get it,” said Steph.
“He must really like the taste right,” said the woman who hasn’t ever quite understood the taste of beer.
“Why not get a can of coke instead?”
When her boyfriend explained that he’s a Fosters guy and he just likes the taste of a beer with his lunch, Steph scratched her head.
“It’s just a nice relaxing thing to do,” laughed her boyfriend Greg.
“A Fosters Classic with lunch or dinner, or a Sunday arvo game of footy is dreamy.”
“You should try it some time,” laughed Greg.
