Horrace Whitaker (62), shocked the Sky News loyalists that he drinks with on Saturdays by pointing the Australian Bureau of Meteorology reports that show irrefutable data that our country experienced the two hottest days on record back-to-back last week.
Bureau of Meteorology data suggests the national average maximum temperature reached 41.0 degrees Celsius on Thursday, after hitting 41.9C on Wednesday and 40.7C on Tuesday.
Before this week, the record of 40.3C had stood since January 2013.
But Victoria’s December record for an individual location was smashed today when it reached 47.9C at Hopetoun Airport and Horsham, well above the old mark of 46.6C set in 1976.
Prime Minister Morrison has been quick to quash these cold hard statistics, by urging Australians to avoid the needless anxiety surrounding Australia’s urgent climate challenge that has seen 10 lives lost this summer and over 2000 homes destroyed by catastrophic and equally unprecedented bushfires.
“Rural areas sometimes get so hot that they combust into flames. Simple as that.” Morrison told our reporters via the phone from Waikiki this afternoon.
“Don’t let these so called experts ruin your summer. Put on some cricket and go to the beach!”

But when it comes to Horrace, friends and family say they are disappointed in the recently-not-so Quiet Australian has today been sucked in to the left-wing narrative that Australia is fucking hot, and hotter than it has ever been before, and that might be contributing to these bushfires that have destroyed a landmass the size of Indonesia in southern QLD and rural NSW.
