The nation’s rugby union’s fans are breathing a sigh of relief this morning after realising they are probably gonna be okay.
This follows the ban on non-essential gatherings of 500 more round the country as the COVID-19 crisis continues to bring the country and the world to its knees.
The move has plenty of sports fans and sports employees worried about what will come from the decision, but it can be revealed that Super Rugby and its crowds should be alright.
“The only problem might be a big Reds home crowd in a derby, but we are confident will still be able to go ahead,” explained Rugby’s Marketing Pigeon.
It’s believed all NRL games will be played behind closed doors as well – apart from Roosters home games.
More to come.
