In some incredibly humorous news from Germany this morning, the English football team have once again served up the goods.

After eeking there way through the Euro 2024 tournament with shit performance after shit performance, the Poms have once again bottled it with a trophy in sight.

Despite coming with in a bees of equalising with minutes to go, the English fell at the final hurdle to Spain, losing 2-1 in 90 minutes.

The scheduled loss to the best team in the tournament was made even more funny, given the hope and belief that had built up around the United Kingdom and the world.

After failing at the penalty spot in the last Euros on home soil, and making the quarters and semis of the last two World Cups the English the latest defeat for the men’s team has gone a long way to earner them the moniker of bridesmaids.

Unlike their Lionesses, who know how to win a major tournament, the blokes are now doing some soul searching, after building their team around a particular boring style of football.

That style saw their fans demand that the manager be sacked, all the way up to the final game of a major tournament – something which is particularly English.

Spain are today celebrating that famous Euro win, as well as their young star Carlos Alcaraz’s Wimbledon title.

The Euros victory was Spain’s fourth, and one of their most exciting given the young star power coming up through their ranks.

The win means Spain top the list of countries for Euros wins, and keeps England on 0 European titles.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahaahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahah!
