Former United States President Donald Trump has today walked back his war with Former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.
The pretty much guaranteed Republican nominee for this year’s US election made headlines yesterday when he attacked the current US Ambassador.
Amongst other things Trump said Rudd was a ‘nasty’ man who wasn’t exactly ‘the brightest bulb’ – which is an interesting sledge from a guy that suggested people shoot up bleach to cure the spicy cough.
The comments understandably upset many in Australian politics, including Rudd who prides himself on his intellect.
However, Trump has now apologised for his comments and withdrawn them after learning the Kevin Rudd was also ousted as the leader of his nation by the deep state.
“Yeah look, I said at the time I didn’t know a lot about him (Rudd),” said Trump in an exclusive phone call with The Betoota Advocate.
“And I’ve now been informed that he was also ousted by the elites who wanted to steal the leadership of the country away from him,” explained Trump, who still maintains the previous US election was stolen from him.
Trump says he was informed by a couple of staffers that Rudd was ousted by the elites who run the Minerals Council Of Australia – aka the deep state controls our great southern land.
“Yeah, I didn’t know he tried to drain the swamp and got booted by the forces who work in the background to undermine your great country.”
It’s unknown how Trump managed to focus for long enough to understand the dynamics of Kevin Rudd being knifed as Prime Minister because he tried to introduce a mining tax and a carbon pollution reduction scheme, policies that would limit the ability of Gina and Co to make eye-watering amounts of money relatively unchecked.
The knee capping of Rudd through a vicious, coordinated and sustained campaign in all forms of public life and the media was enough to ensure relative inaction on climate change for over a decade and zero done to tax the billionaires profiting off digging shit out of the ground that in another world or country could belong to the national collective.
Trump declined to comment if the new found allegiance with Rudd will manifest into anything else but has promised us that he’s going to leave Big Kev alone moving forward.
More to come.
