The NSW Government is preparing to cover its own arse this morning as the situation they have created on their own has spiralled out of control.
“There could be as many as 26 000 new cases today,” said a worker within the NSW Premier’s Office.
“Anything less would be good news but there’s still people out there doing the wrong thing. Which is understandable considering that we’re pretty much 8 weeks into a lockdown and things are worse than ever so it’d be hard for someone in charge to command respect from people they’ve routinely let down time and time again,”
“I’m not condoning the behaviour, it’s just that I understand why people are doing the wrong thing. So the NSW Government is responding by setting the bar has low as possible so anything above it can be considered progress,”
“When it’s just typical suckhole public servant arse covering,”
“So keep that in mind. Any number under 26 000 today, in terms of new cases, is a net positive for NSW and a personal win for Gladys Berejiklian and her handbag holder Brad Hazzard.”
The Advocate reached out to the NSW Labor Party for comment but was told today is another RDO for them.
