Those were the word’s echoed around Australia by Prime Minister Scott Morrison during his 2019 Election victory.
It means anyone who’s willing to take a risk, should be able to do so in an environment that supports their goals.
And while the newly formed government’s immediate roll-out of high-income tax cuts may appear to somewhat contradict this pledge, the Promise of Australia is now as accessible as it’s ever been.
This egalitarian approach to class and aspirations couldn’t be more visible than it is on Platfrom 5 of the Betoota Heights railyway station this afternoon, in a display of civil disobedience than even the most draconian legislators in the Liberal Party would be proud of.
