Just 72 hours before he discreetly backed State Leader for implementing jab mandates for certain industries, Prime Minister Scotty From Marketing told the media that governments should step back out of people’s lives as Australia moves on from the pandemic.
Earlier last week, The PM came under fire from Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia after telling state leaders on Thursday to stop inferring in people’s lives, before doubling down again on Friday.
Mr Morrison also added the federal government believed the jab should be mandatory in specific circumstances, like healthcare, but it was not in favour of compulsory jabs being imposed by governments – a proposal that has not been put forward in any of the states he is currently shitting on.
Speaking to the media on Friday, again, just before he defied his own backbenchers by voting down a bill to override the state pandemic bill, Scotty From Marketing insisted he backs the Aussie battlers who are marching through the CBDs every day chanting about their soveriegn rights and threatening to hang politicians.
“I have sympathy for Australians who’ve had a gutful of governments telling them what to do over the last two years and I think they have been very clear in keeping their side of the deal,” Mr Morrison said on Friday.
“t’s now time for them to be able to step forward with their lives and for governments to step back out of their lives.”
“Australians are sick and tired of politicians, particularly state politicians, who are showing the slightest form of leadership during a pandemic after I went full Hawaii mode and disappeared from the public eye because I didn’t know what to do because I am deeply unsuited for the highest political office in this country”
However, despite his best efforts to dogwhistle to the anti-jab protestors, Morrison went ahead and today and voted against the One Nation bill aimed at stopping the state governments effort to do exactly what he claims he wants them to stop doing.
With Morrison now struggling to support both sides of this debate at the same time, Independent Senator Jacqui Lambie has been forced to step up herself and slap down Pauline Hanson for making claims of discrimination against anti-vaxxers.
“Being held accountable for your own actions isn’t called discrimination, it’s called being, you wouldn’t believe it, a goddamn bloody adult” roared Queen Jacqui in the senate earlier today.
