In breaking entertainment news, a guy who was a bit of a flog in high school has been crypto hacked!
This story comes as Betoota residents woke up to witness one Lincoln Twistie (31) from South Betoota posting about the purchase of a new AMG Mercedes, quite strange considering he’s definitely not in the tax bracket to buy such a vehicle.
But in posts seen by The Advocate, Lincoln’s account has definitely been hacked by Russian bots, given he’s posting pics of a car he can’t afford, with a weird caption that has way too many emojis to be written by a human.
“I’m STILL in shock! 🙌💥 After just ONE month working with @MoneyKathyGoals, I’ve turned my $500 into $50,000! 😱💰 No more living paycheck to paycheck. @MoneyKathyGoals literally made my financial dreams come TRUE. 💎🌟 Trust the process. 🙏DM @MoneyKathyGoals NOW” Lincoln, but not Lincoln, had posted to IG.
Speaking to former classmates, watching Lincoln’s account get taken over by some 14 year old Russian kid sitting in his parents basement in Novosibirsk, has provided quite a giggle for the morning.
“HAHAHA that muppet has been hacked!” laughed Liam March, a classmate who shared a desk with Lincoln in Year 9.
“He was such a prick in high school, a real smart ass who needed to get decked.”
“Lol, as if Lincoln can afford an AMG, some bunker in Siberia has cracked his password,” laughed Sam Parker, another ex-classmate.
Speaking to Lincoln, who’s spent the morning deep in the realms of Reddit looking for a solution to getting his account back, the bots that have taken over are the real nasty kind.
“It’s fcked mate, they’ve gone in there and changed my password, changed my email address, and now every person on the planet is texting me asking if I bought a new car.”
“I can barely afford to put new tyres on my Mazda 3, you think that’s my hand on that steering wheel flaunting a Rolex watch?!”
