In a shocking twist, Netflix’s Emily Cooper is leaving the romantic but actually really seedy streets of Paris for the slightly less romantic but way more seedy streets of Rome.
After a series of pickpocketing incidents on the Paris Metro, Emily has decided enough is enough and she’s moving to Rome.
“Honestly you can only be pickpocketed so many times before enough is enough” Emily lamented.
“At least in Rome when I get pickpocketed a really sleezy Italian man will help me, solely because I might give him my number if he does”
Witnesses say Emily was once again disappointed with the realities of life in a European capital within hours of landing in Rome.
“I didn’t really understand how serious they take soccer here”
“I happened to get here the same day as a local derby”
“There were several men with hate symbols brandishing weapons while wearing SS Lazio jerseys on my train”
“Then I had to run to the next carriage when they were confronted by some AS Roma supporters!”
Despite the incident, Emily remains confident in her romantic new city.
