A Betoota woman has had a much needed reality check today and concluded that her base level standards for dating are asking an awful lot of her local population of single males.

Born with a birth defect commonly known as ‘an attraction to men’, Flight Path district local Anita Hauge (32) states she enjoys the life of an independant woman in the dating scene even if said scene gives her a new reason to give up every day.

“I think I was asking too much to find someone that had a good job, was thoughtful and attractive,” states Hauge, who has come to see dating as one of those ‘pick any two’ situations.

“I’ve just lowered all of my standards. And the height requirement. I really lowered the height requirement.”

According to Hauge, where she once would have not dated anyone with kids, she will now date any dad as long as he is actually separated from the mum and is not the dad of one of her friends.

“Now my Tinder bio simply reads ‘Hoping to meet anyone who showers, murderers not accepted.’”

“I have already received several angry messages asking how I expect to find someone when I won’t date murderers.”
