Betoota Heights man Jay Silva (24) has officially solidified his status as the worst guy you know after casually revealing that he runs an Instagram account solely dedicated to his car.

The bombshell dropped during what was meant to be a low-key work lunch when colleague Jason Nguyen started griping about the cost of servicing his 2012 Toyota Prius.

“Mate, you think that’s bad? I spent $1,200 on custom alloy rims for WRX” Jay announced smugly. “But it was worth it, bro. I actually have an Insta for my car.”

What followed was a moment Jason would immediately regret: following Jay’s insta, a page packed with drone footage, dramatic angle shots, and highlights obsessively cataloging every car meet Jay has ever attended.

“I knew he was bad, but this? This is next-level,” Jason groaned, scrolling through captions like ‘She cleans up nice 😘🚘’ under a heavily filtered shot of Jay’s CAR parked in front of an abandoned warehouse.

Describing himself as an “automotive enthusiast, entrepreneur, and content creator,” Jay is reportedly more devoted to his car’s Instagram than his actual relationships. Friends claim his girlfriend was banned from eating in the car after a crumb incident, and passengers must abide by his “no back seat sitting” rule post-detailing.

With a custom number plate reading “GODSPD”, Jay proudly insists his WRX is “not just a car, but a lifestyle.”

When asked for comment, Jay shrugged and said, “Haters fuel the grind,” before editing another slow-motion exhaust reel.

Jason has since muted Jay’s posts for his own sanity.
