Working for the Prime Minister is never an easy job but staffers for Scotty from Marketing have found their job has recently become much more demanding and now without the incentive of scoring an above-ground swimming pool.
One staffer, former Young Liberal president Luther McSurplus (28) has stated his day-to-day duties have become more demanding following the PM coming under fire for going on holiday while the nation was on fire.
“Yeah he got a pretty unfair wrap,” stated McSurplus as he attached an Australian pin to his lapel and made a small blood sacrifice to Lord Murdoch.
“He did plenty of work while he was abroad. The Religious Discrimination bill didn’t oversee the creation of itself.”
After completing his morning routine, a freshly bandaged McSurplus opened the PMs private email inbox and talked our reporters through the most important task of his day.
“All these last-minute offers, destination specials and premium economy upgrades, I’ve got to hide these. I’ll share them with him once he’s earnt another holiday in about two or so weeks.”
“Maybe after Leigh rinsed him last night he might want to make the most of these.”
