Hannah Osborne has alerted her friends and followers today that her finger is on the pulse.
The 24-year-old Brisbane born and raised economics graduate who is currently residing in the trendy Melbourne suburb of Richmond posted a photo of herself on her social media enjoying a nice glass with her new Richmond scarf.
The young woman who moved down to the country’s most European city nigh on 12 months ago decided it was time to show her new and old friends that she had caught finals fever.
On the eve of the biggest game of the season yet in the Victorian capital, Osborne spoke to our reporters about her love for Aussie Rules.
“Look I’ve always said that AFL is probably my favourite sport to watch. Ever since my dad took me to watch the Premiership winning lions in the early 2000’s when I was a kid,” Osborne said.
“It’s so great down here as well. They are so tribal and everyone just gets into the sport and follows a team,” she said as if Billy Moore never screamed Queenslander all those years ago.
Osborne explained that she and her terrace house roommates would be watching the game at a pub in their suburb.
“That’s why I’ve had the scarf on all day! Hopefully Dusty turns it on for us.”
