The non-stop flow of corrupt MPs and Senators flowing through the New South Wales State Government have been able to exhale today.
No longer will they have to worry about Sydney Morning Herald forensic reporter Kate McClymont sniffing around the properties they bought in the state’s north-west that just happen to be sitting on top of an enormous coal deposit.
No longer do they have to worry about being seen eating lunch in WoolloomoolooĀ wharves with brothel owners or racehorse trainers. And no longer do they have to worry about that brief moment in time where they thought they’d successfully sold Wentworth Greyhound track to the Hillsong Church. In fact nothing they do will be reported on.
Not even all the hookers they fuck or all the brown paper bags they take from developers.

The merger will cut costs for both the broadcaster and the publisher, rendering the iconic Sydney Morning Herald as effectively a platform to promote Channel 9 reality TV shows as this old media empire snags itself one more lap around the flushing toilet bowl.
In a memo to Fairfax staff today, company CEO Greg Hywood confirmed that the merged company āwill be called Nineā – although he also stated that there would be āplenty of Fairfax Media DNA in the merged company and board – and plenty of opportunities for our remaining journalists to ply their trade elsewhere…”
