British DJ Fred Again is today facing a PR nightmare, after being accused of making ‘Kelloggs music.’
The performer who has seemingly been here for like 2 months is yet to comment on the allegations that he’s been using the Nutri Grain ‘Make Your Own Music’ CD to produce all of his recent music.
The concerning information comes to light after last night’s Sydney set, where Fred was seen sliding the famous CD into a desktop computer underneath his DJ decks.
Known by the Instagram handle: @fredagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagainagain – eagle eyed concert attendees spotted the insertion of the CD-rom right before he launched the opening song of the night.
“Bruh, I thought the guy was a genius, but he was just playing his Nutri Grain CD for 2 hours while everyone pretended they were in presence of Jesus,” sighed Michael Hope, a disappointed Sydney man who was at the show last night.
“I mean don’t get me wrong, MYOM was real good shit. Just like Age of Empires and that Snowboard game, but it’s not exactly the kind of stuff that should earn you the kind of following he has.”
“And it certainly shouldn’t get hordes of young people acting like your music is the greatest thing man has ever created.”
Hope says he probably should have known from the t-rexing deck style employed by Fred up on stage.
“That was probably a giveaway, but I got caught up in the hype.”
“Or when he did a ‘secret underground show’ at the Sydney Opera house…”
It’s unknown if FredAgain will change his DJing style, but some have speculated that a progression to Audacity could see him hit the stratosphere.
More to come.
