In a heartwarming display of community, spontaneity and surprise, a real estate agent left a group of unsuspecting tenants in a share-house utterly delighted by unexpectedly bringing potential new landlords to their home for an unannounced inspection.
The agent, known for his remarkable ability to re-inject energy and problem solving skills into the share-house whenever he decides to ignore a major issue in the home, decided to spice things up by catching the tenants completely off guard.
The agent was comforted by the fact that the lack of appointment was not met with any sort of complaint due to the dire lack of available rentals in the area and the need for the tenants to be on the good side of the agent and the landlord.
“Haha it’s a little cheeky but It totally slipped my mind that I should make an appointment or even just give a heads up, lucky there in such a desperate position that they can’t really afford to even risk us looking for more submissive tenants once the lease is up.” The agent explained.
The impromptu visit turned what could have been a tedious ordeal into a delightful surprise for the tenants, who were treated to the rare opportunity of presenting their home in its most authentic state.
“Yeah we were still kicking on from the night before so it definitely startled us haha” admitted Tom (25), one of the tenants.
“It’s all a part of living in a share-house I guess, strangers, electricians and real estate agents can just explore the house whenever they feel like it, I totally get it!”
