AWESOME thumbs up NICE: Emily Sotherby (26), has proudly updated her LinkedIn profile to reflect her newfound expertise in “lifestyle coordination.” The change comes on the heels of meticulously planning her upcoming 2024 European summer, which she insists is a full-time job and is “very time consuming”.

Emily, who recently returned from a 10-day “self-care retreat” in Byron Bay, has spent the past three weeks curating an Instagram-worthy itinerary for her impending European escapade.

“It’s all about balance,” she said, while colour-coding her spreadsheet of sun-drenched destinations, bottomless brunches, and potential Instagram husband candidates.

Her LinkedIn update includes a comprehensive list of her new duties as a Lifestyle Coordinator: “Sourcing aesthetically pleasing Airbnbs, scheduling Aperol spritzes at sunset, and navigating the complex social landscape of European beach clubs.”

Emily’s previous roles as a “freelance vibes curator” and “chief brunch officer” have prepared her well for this prestigious title. Local employers are reportedly scrambling to update job descriptions to match Emily’s groundbreaking career path. “Lifestyle coordination is the future,” one CEO admitted, wistfully staring at his own lackluster LinkedIn profile which only consists of climbing the corporate ladder.

As for Emily, she’s already fielding offers to consult on holiday plans for lesser mortals stuck in their normy nine-to-fiver.

More to come.
