Yesterday, the QLD Government announced a new roadmap towards united interstate families in time for Christmas, providing the state can get continue on their trajectory to reaching herd immunity by December.

At 70 per cent of QLD’s eligible population doubled jabbed, expected on November 19, anyone who has been in a declared domestic hotspot in the previous 14 days can travel into Queensland to take part in two weeks home quarantine.

At 80 per cent of QLD’s eligible population fully jabbed, expected on December 17, travellers from interstate hotspots can cross the border with no quarantine required if they have passed a test.

This announcement finally outlines a pathway home for Queenslanders and their loved ones who have been stuck down south for the best part of 6 months, However, it all depends on a big push to get jab numbers up much higher than they are currently are.

With only 56% of the state fully jabbed, the scramble is on to lift those numbers, particularly up north.

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said the central QLD region has one of the state’s lowest jab rates in the state, which is bad news for those same towns that are so reliant on tourism.

After trying their very best with reasonable and open discussions, today Palaszczuk has officially cracked the shits, and decided to try out a much more reliable way of communicating with Queenslanders: By winding them up.

Today, the Queensland Government has today launched their new “Stop Being A Fucken Cat” campaign, aimed at tempting Queenslanders to roll up their sleeves by suggesting that only wussies are scared of the jab.

The Premier has brought onboard Queensland Origin enforcer Gorden Tallis as the campaign ambassador, and invited the Raging Bull to unleash on the state’s unvaxxed at a press conference earlier today.

“What are youse doin?” roared Gordie earlier today, flanked by Palaszczuk and Deputy Premier Stephen Miles.

“Are you a fucken cat or what?”

“Get the mob home for Christmas. Get the jab. Get on with it”

“Neck up ya fucken cats”

At time of press, QLD health had reported 1.5 million new jab bookings, equivalent to a quarter of the state’s population, in the space of an afternoon.
