Undecided Voter Feels Now Is As Good A Time As Ever To Vote Labor, He Guesses

A Betoota Heights man who doesn’t really follow politics says he’ll probably vote for Labor this election because he thought Bob Hawke was a legend.

A legend, Conor Bradley says, because of all the nice things he gave this country and the unsurpassed legacy he leaves generations to come.

“I’ve voted for the Coalition in the past but I’m not sure why,” he said.

“Maybe it was because Malcolm was rich, which means he could make us all rich. I think that was why, I don’t really know. But yeah, I wasn’t sure who I was going to vote for this time,”

“I work in aviation so it doesn’t really matter who the prime minister is. People still need to travel and goods need to be places. So I think this time, I might just vote for Labor. Hawkey gave us Medicare and superannuation and he reckons Pauline needs to get in her nearest bin and stay there. I echo those sentiments. This one is for you, Robert.”

When asked why he wasn’t planning to vote for the Coalition again, the 36-year-old aircraft mechanic said he didn’t like ScoMo.

“He’s got so much piss on the front of his pants. Scott needs to learn not to stand into the wind when he pisses,”

“That and his party is full of insane people who put their short term financial gain over their children’s future. No thanks.”
