Former personal attorney for President Donald Trump, Michael Cohen is at the centre of a number of scandals involving payments to silence two women who allege they had sexual encounters with Trump before he was president.
While it is absolutely disgraceful for a President to have ever had a sexual relationship outside of wedlock, it is also disgusting to learn that neither of these young women worked underneath Trump in the capacity as an intern, which as history will indicate, makes adultery completely okay – especially if your wife forgives you.
Cohen said he paid porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000 from his own personal funds before the 2016 election to silence her about allegations that she had sex with Trump in 2006. Trump’s new attorney, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, later revealed that Trump reimbursed Cohen in monthly instalments.
This week, CNN aired a tape of then-candidate Trump talking to Cohen in September 2016 about how they would buy the rights to former Playboy model Karen McDougal’s story about an alleged affair Trump had with her more than a decade ago.
One thing that is horrifically shocking about both these claims, however, is that neither of these women worked underneath Trump at the time he allegedly lay on top of them and had sex.
“I should have waited until I was President” Trump reportedly told Giuliani.
“And at least offered them internships before we had sex”
“That would have absolved me of any repercussions. I could have even lied about it in a live press conference”
